Thank you for your ministry at St. Mark's! We "make church together", and we couldn't do it without you!
In the Episcopal Church we believe that all baptized people are called as ministers in Christ’s church. As baptized people, we all share a common duty to come together weekly for corporate worship, and to work, pray, and give for the spread of the kingdom of God. We are grateful for your presence and ministry at St. Mark's. The resources below are designed to help orient and prepare you for some of your ministries at St. Mark's.
Safe Church
St. Mark's expects all members to complete Safe Church Training (and renew that training at least once every 3 years.). Training may be completed via participation in St. Mark's annual Condensed Safe Church Training (each Fall, in person or on zoom), by viewing a recording of that training and following the steps below, or by completing the online modules offered through the Episcopal Church.
To record your completion of this requirement please email Jennifer [email protected] and Mother Sylvia [email protected] with your full name, the date you completed your viewing of the recording, and 3 bullet point “takeaways” from the presentation that were meaningful to you: 1) One thing you learned 2) One question you want to continue thinking or learning about 3) One action step you’re committed to taking as a result of this presentation
