"J.I.M." Class (Joy in Movement) with Mother Sylvia and "Grannie Annie"

Mother Sylvia's mother, Annie Miller, has been teaching a weekly J.I.M (Joy in Movement) class at St. Luke's Lutheran church in ABQ for years.
Since "in person" church gatherings are temporarily suspended, we're bringing JIM class to you online!
We'll be adding new workouts regularly over the next few weeks.
So throw on your sweat pants, push back your kitchen table, and join Mother Sylvia, Grannie Annie, and other members of the Miller-Mutia clan as we dance together and discover JOY IN MOVEMENT!
