The Casita 225 sq. feet (15 x 15), plus private ensuite bathroom w/tub & shower. Twin bed. (Private entrance, Keypad)
The Forest Suite 280 sq. feet (20 x 14), plus private ensuite bathroom w/shower. Queen bed. (Private entrance, Keypad)
The Bluebird Suite: 240 sq. feet (Including Bedroom 130 sq. feet (13 x 10); Office/Study/Lounge 110 sq. feet (10 X11)), plus private bathroom w/tub and shower. Full bed plus fold out couch (Keypad access through the back/kitchen door of the main house.)
Each suite enjoys a private bathroom, a personal microwave, 2 door mini-refrigerator w/freezer, double burner hot plate, single serving coffee maker. Guests enjoy shared access with owners to laundry facilities, a spacious kitchen, and beautiful yard. The upstairs bedrooms and living room are reserved for the exclusive use of the owners’ family.
We are conveniently located within easy walking, biking, or bus ride distance (~1.5 mi) from UNM and UNM Hospital. Easy access to I-40. 2.5 mi to Presbyterian Hospital & Lovelace.

About the Owners
We are a close, quiet, creative household and we welcome residents who share our commitment to cultivating a clean, quiet, tranquil home where owners, residents and guests alike can enjoy a sanctuary of calm at the end of the day.
Donnel works as a chaplain at Kaseman Presbyterian Hospital. Sylvia works as a priest at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. "A" is a sophomore at UNM, studying nursing. "J" is a junior at Albuquerque High and an accomplished singer. "L" is a freshman at Albuquerque High and an accomplished dancer. Harold is a small, middle-aged black dog (shiu-tzu) who may be found in the backyard and common areas of the main house.
